The Masonic

The Masonic Tavern is in the Beautiful marine village of Devonport on the North Shore of Auckland. It was built on the corner of Church St and King Edward Parade in 1866. It is one of New Zealand’s oldest Taverns. The Tavern is just a 10 minute stroll down the waterfront from Devonport village.

We have 12 New Zealand beers, on tap including the Montieth’s family, Tiger, Murphy’s, Amstel and Apple and Pear Ciders.

We offer an extensive, reasonably priced menu for lunches and dinners with a focus on locally supplied produce and NZ sourced ingredients, catering for friends and family groups for casual dining.

With a large outdoor dining area with great sea views, The Masonic offers an authentic kiwi pub experience in the beautiful surrounds of waterfront Devonport. Sit and enjoy the view whilst sipping on a cold NZ beer and eating a hearty pub meal.

Live entertainment every week:

- Live big band Jazz Every 2nd Thursday evening.
- Devonport’s Best Pub Quiz on 7.30 pm every Wednesday.
- Live original kiwi bands every Friday and sometimes Saturday nights.

We also support all the major sporting events showing most of them all live on giant screens.
