Jon Houldsworth, the tea specialist for Dilmah in New Zealand (and self-confessed tea geek!) will be guiding our guests through their special High Tea Experience. Come along and enjoy a fun and informative afternoon of fine tea tasting.
Jon will be taking you on a journey through the history and culture of tea over the centuries, looking at the ancient art of tea through to the modern business of tea as well as some inspiring ideas for tea and gastronomy. No matter what you know about tea you’re sure to walk away with some great practical tips on how to bring out the best in fine tea as well as some goodies to take home.
